Abstract
This article examines the international experience of increasing the investment attractiveness of energy enterprises and the possibility of adapting it to the domestic economy. Special attention is paid to the practice of countries such as China, India and the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. It is emphasized that the formation of an efficient and sustainable energy sector is possible only with the implementation of comprehensive reforms based on the analysis of advanced foreign approaches. This will not only meet the growing energy needs of the population, but also ensure stable economic development of the country in the long term.
