Abstract

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play a pivotal role in global economies but face unique challenges amid increasing global instability, including economic volatility, geopolitical tensions, and rapid technological changes. This article explores the application of innovative strategic management models tailored to the dynamic environment confronting SMEs.
