Abstract

The researcher aims that study aims to investigate impact of (SL)  technology, as an independent variable, on the development of STO(STO), as a dependent variable, across a sample of Iraqi international airports. goal is to develop a set of recommendations to facilitate the adoption and implementation of these variables. Given novelty, urgent  importance of these variables to airport, owners, as well as community, align them with the study's objectives, a descriptive exploratory approach was adopted. (215) questionnaires were distributed to senior management at Baghdad  and Najaf International Airports, of which (197) To represent study sample, study problem revolved around the following main question: (Does the (SL) have an impact on building (STO)? The statistical analysis showed a number of conclusions, the most important of which are study showed that Baghdad and Najaf International Airports pay great attention stakeholder participation, reflecting an administrative awareness of importance of participatory relationships in improving performance , achieving strategic goals. Despite remarkable progress, there is a need to strengthen proactive planning, especially in addressing community issues, to ensure an effective balance between the present and future.
