Abstract
The results of the paper are summarized into opportunities, threats and strategic guarantees for sustainable village tourism development in Uzbekistan. The rise of rural tourism from a national economic perspective. The increasing international demand for sensual experiences related to authentic cultural values and social lifestyles, ecological tourism experiences, and community-based tourism forms has led to the growing importance of rural tourism. The natural beauty of rural Uzbekistan, along with its distinctive culture, traditional crafts, and centuries-old hospitality traditions, provide a solid basis for developing competitive and sustainable forms of village tourism.
The study investigates the social economic viability of rural areas by focusing on employment provision, diversification of local income sources and conservation of the cultural heritage. It assesses the current status of rural tourism facilities, outlines challenges including low investment availability, lack of digital marketing and service quality weaknesses and recommends actionable ways to improve.
