Abstract
This article studies the issues of improving the economic mechanisms of investment and construction processes management based on a systematic approach. In the course of the research, the current state of investment and construction activities, the dynamics of capital investments, the composition of financing sources, and the distribution of investment resources across regions were analyzed. The article used statistical analysis, comparative and structural approaches, expert assessment, and SWOT analysis methods. The research results showed the need to diversify financing sources in investment and construction processes, reduce territorial imbalances, and strengthen monitoring and control mechanisms. The scientific conclusions obtained serve to develop practical recommendations aimed at improving the economic mechanisms of investment and construction processes management and increasing their economic efficiency.
