Abstract
This article analyzes the economic foundations for identifying factors that enhance the export attractiveness of Surkhandarya region and optimizing them through regional integration mechanisms. The work provides the analysis of export potential, infrastructure facilities, production complexes and transport and logistics system of this territory as well as efficiency of foreign economic relation. In the analysis of export flows as a measure of regional integration, we consider economic links with neighboring Kashkadarya, Bukhara (Navoi and Tajikistan) impinging on the region. The scientific analysis is that it uses integral index method, correlation-regression model and spatial analysis method to carry out the investigation between the key influential factors of export attractiveness production efficiency, convenience of transport, custom infrastructure and externality demand development. The research results serve as a basis for developing practical recommendations aimed at diversifying the export activities of Surkhandarya region, increasing the share of high value-added products, and deepening regional economic integration.
