The Impact of Financial Analysis on Administrative Decision-Making an Applied Study in the Banking Sector

This study purposes to analyze the influence of financial analysis on decision-making in the banking subdivision. A descriptive-analytical research practice was applied using a questionnaire tool containing of three main sizes, with each dimension covering six questions. A random sample of 150 managerial employees from various banks within the lending sector was designated, focusing on directors, financial analysts, and skulls of financial departments. The study reached key findings indicating that financial analysis plays a pivotal role in improving the efficiency of administrative decisions and decisive appropriate financial plans. The study also recommended decorative the repetition of financial analysis tools in decision-making and training managerial officials to accurately understand financial data to support effective managerial presentation in banks.
