Abstract
This article provides a scientific analysis of the economic mechanisms applied in the development of sustainable tourism and evaluates their effectiveness. The study reveals the economic essence of the concept of sustainable tourism and examines the role and significance of financial, fiscal, and institutional mechanisms that contribute to the sustainable development of the tourism sector. During the research process, methods such as logical analysis, comparative study, a systemic approach, and theoretical generalization based on foreign scientific sources were employed. The research findings indicate that the comprehensive and coordinated application of economic mechanisms serves to increase the economic efficiency of the tourism sector, ensure rational use of resources, and maintain environmental and social sustainability. The conclusions of the article have practical significance for improving economic policies aimed at the development of sustainable tourism and for defining strategic directions for the sector’s growth.
