Abstract
In the article, social institutions in society, in particular civil society institutions, changes in the activity of its forms, definitions based on different views on the process of their transformation, from this point of view, first of all, the content and essence of this concept, scientific conceptual foundations, in this process in society social relations, in particular, civil society and the impact of changes specific to its forms on state and community management. At the same time, the state of reflection of the transformation of civil society institutions in the life of the state and society, views on the holistic approach aimed at increasing the level of activity, influence and cooperation of civil society institutions in social relations in the society have been expressed. At the same time, it has been scientifically studied that such studies include political, legal, and social development trends for a particular country and are aimed at the medium, near perspective, and most importantly, ensure the evolution of social transformation processes.
