An Innovative Model for Digital Financing of Social Projects through NGOs Based on Multi-Source Donor Funding

This article provides a comprehensive scientific analysis of contemporary mechanisms for financing socially significant projects through non-governmental organizations (NGOs) based on multi-source donor funding. In the context of Uzbekistan, institutional, legal, and technological constraints of the existing financial infrastructure are identified, and an innovative digital model - an “Electronic Social Charity Platform” - is developed to address these challenges. The proposed model relies on blockchain technology, artificial intelligence algorithms, and digital identification systems to enhance transparency, accountability, and efficiency in the social financing process. The study also conducts a comparative analysis based on the experience of the United Kingdom, the United States, and South Korea, highlighting global transformation trends in social financing.
