Abstract
The article examined theoretical and practical approaches to assessing the investment image of a region using the case of Khorezm Province. The study demonstrated that the investment image represents the combination of economic potential, institutional conditions, and investor perceptions. Statistical-index, rating-comparative, and expert-survey methods were systematized and integrated within a conceptual assessment framework. Industrial, investment, and foreign trade indicators of Khorezm Province were analyzed to evaluate regional investment performance. The findings indicated stable growth in investment activity and a strengthening of the province’s economic potential. The sectoral distribution of enterprises with foreign capital participation confirmed the diversified nature of the regional investment environment. The results provided a basis for developing practical recommendations aimed at improving regional investment image assessment and supporting investment-oriented regional development.
