A Comprehensive Methodology for Assessing the Development and Efficiency of Agricultural Production Infrastructure at the Regional Level

This article develops a comprehensive methodology for assessing the level of development and efficiency of agricultural production infrastructure at the regional level. The proposed methodology integrates four key dimensions - density (Infrastructure Density Index), utilization intensity (Intensity of Use Coefficient), spatial coverage (Coverage Level Index), and integration linkages (Integration Linkages Coefficient) - into a single integral indicator (IIRI - Integral Infrastructure Development Index). The weights of the indicators were determined using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on expert assessments (Kendall's W = 0.76).
