Abstract

This article evaluated the economic effectiveness of industrial standard adoption in high-technology food production. The study systematically examined food safety standards, quality management systems, digital traceability technologies, and technological modernization within the food industry. A three-tier evaluation framework was developed to assess economic performance at the enterprise, industry, and macroeconomic levels. The findings demonstrated that the adoption of international standards reduced production costs, improved product quality and food safety, strengthened export potential, and enhanced the competitiveness of high-technology food enterprises. The proposed methodological approach also provided a reliable scientific foundation for advancing quality management systems and supporting sustainable technological development in the modern food processing industry.
