Abstract
This article analyzes the current state of women's entrepreneurship globally, the proportion of women in the business sector, and the key gender-related and financial barriers they face. The study provides a comparative study of the advanced organizational, economic, and institutional mechanisms of leading foreign countries with developed women's entrepreneurship—Canada, Finland, South Korea, and Kazakhstan. Specifically, it highlights the experience of using subsidies, special grants, business incubators, mentoring systems, and digital platforms in these countries. Based on this analysis, practical proposals and recommendations have been developed for adapting successful foreign models to the Uzbek economy, increasing women's entrepreneurship, and improving national strategies.
