Abstract
This article examines the issue of improving the regional management mechanism for attracting investment in agritourism in Uzbekistan. The main aim of the study is to develop an effective management approach to attracting investment that takes into account the investment attractiveness and agritourism potential of the regions. The study employs systemic, economic-statistical, comparative and grouping methods. As a result, a regional management mechanism based on coordinating the attraction of investment in agritourism at the national, provincial and local levels is proposed, together with an approach to applying poly-investor, mono-investor and classical management methods that correspond to the specific characteristics of the regions. The directions for the step-by-step implementation of regional management decisions that take investment attractiveness into account are also substantiated. The proposed approach serves to channel investment in agritourism in line with the existing capacities of the regions, to harmonise the interests of the public and private sectors, and to make effective use of the economic potential of rural areas.
