Abstract
This article examines the role of digitalization in enhancing the economic efficiency of enterprises’ e-commerce activities. The study focuses on the transformation of traditional sales processes through digital platforms, information technologies, automated management systems, and data-driven decision-making mechanisms. Particular attention is given to the impact of digital technologies on sales volumes, transaction costs, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and the overall competitiveness of enterprises. The study analyzes the key factors influencing the effectiveness of e-commerce digitalization and identifies opportunities for improving enterprise performance through the integration of digital platforms. The findings demonstrate that the effective implementation of digital technologies can contribute to reducing operational costs, accelerating information exchange, expanding market coverage, improving customer service, and increasing the economic efficiency of enterprises. The study provides practical recommendations for enterprises seeking to develop sustainable and efficient e-commerce activities in the context of the digital economy.
