Formation of Prospective Management Concepts in Ensuring the Sustainable Development of Higher Education Institutions

This article analyzes the issues of forming modern and prospective management concepts aimed at ensuring the sustainable development of higher education institutions. The study reveals the importance of approaches such as strategic management, innovation management, digital transformation, quality management, academic autonomy, financial sustainability, and social responsibility in the development of higher education institutions. The results indicate that the sustainable development of higher education institutions is directly related not only to the improvement of the educational process but also to the establishment of a systematic, flexible, innovative, and performance-oriented management system.
