The research analyzes the integration of digital initiatives with production processes, resource management, and strategic objectives. Corporate and financial data are used to assess the enterprise’s operational and economic conditions. The study emphasizes that digital transformation should extend beyond individual technological solutions and be managed as an integrated strategic process. A management mechanism combining digital diagnosis, strategic prioritization, project implementation, KPI-based monitoring, and continuous adjustment is proposed to improve operational efficiency, managerial decision-making, and the long-term competitiveness of industrial enterprises.
