The study focuses on the statistical assessment of population dynamics, fertility, mortality, migration, age and age structure, as well as other key demographic indicators. Particular attention is paid to improving methodological approaches to the formation of a system of demographic indicators, identifying trends and interrelationships, and forecasting future demographic changes. Statistical analysis, comparative analysis, dynamic series analysis, correlation-regression methods and forecasting approaches are used in the research.
