Abstract
This article analyzes the problems arising from the introduction of digital technologies in higher education institutions and the ways to address them. The study examines technical support, Internet infrastructure, teachers’ digital readiness, software shortages, financial resources, and data security. It also considers the impact of digitalization on education quality, student activity, personalized educational trajectories, and higher education management. The article substantiates directions for developing an integrated model of digital management, indicators for assessing the impact of digital transformation, structural classification of digital technologies, personalized learning, and interactive assessment. The study concludes that effective digital transformation requires not only technological modernization but also coordinated pedagogical, organizational, and human-centered measures.
