Abstract
This study aims to examine the relationship between process reengineering and additive manufacturing at the Iraqi Electrical Industries Company, by analyzing the impact of reengineering dimensions (process definition, redesign, and change management) on the level of adoption of additive manufacturing. The study used a descriptive-analytical approach and relied on a questionnaire administered to a random sample of 183 employees from the production, engineering, maintenance, and quality departments. Data were analyzed using SPSS statistical software, using descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple linear regression. The results showed a strong and statistically significant correlation between the three dimensions and additive manufacturing, with redesign having the greatest impact, followed by process definition and change management. The study recommends adopting a comprehensive process reengineering plan that enhances the engagement of technical teams, intensifies training in digital manufacturing techniques, and supports institutional leadership in creating an environment conducive to change.
