Abstract
This article examines the role of psychological resilience factors in students’ adaptation to higher education. The transition to a new academic environment is associated with emotional, cognitive, and social adjustments, where psychological resilience serves as a key protective mechanism. The study explores factors such as stress resistance, self-regulation, motivation, personal resources, and social support. Particular attention is given to the impact of psychological resilience on students’ academic performance and psychological well-being. The findings highlight the need for developing psychological support programs to ensure effective student adaptation in higher education institutions.
