Abstract
This article examines the impact of a transformative learning environment on the development of leadership skills among female students. The study explores the key pedagogical principles of transformative learning, including reflective teaching, collaborative learning, critical thinking development, and a gender-responsive educational environment. The empirical research was conducted with 56 female students using pedagogical experiment and survey methods. The findings reveal that a transformative learning environment significantly enhances female students’ self-confidence, decision-making abilities, and leadership competencies in group settings. In addition, such an environment contributes to reducing gender stereotypes and increasing students’ academic and social engagement.
