Abstract
This study examines the impact of financial stimulation of small business and private entrepreneurship on employment and poverty reduction in Uzbekistan using economic-statistical and econometric methods. A regression model evaluates the relationships among labor resources, the economically active population, and employment. The results indicate significant positive effects of labor resources and economic activity on employment, with coefficients of 0.214563 and 0.694821, respectively. The model demonstrates high explanatory power (R² = 0.9978). The findings highlight entrepreneurship financing, job creation, and income growth as important mechanisms for improving household welfare and reducing poverty, supporting more effective regional employment and entrepreneurship policies.
