Abstract
This article examines the institutional architecture of digital monitoring for regional economic development, its structural components, and the functional interrelationships among different levels of governance. Drawing on international experience, the study systematizes the role of multi-level governance, regional data integration, and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms in the formulation and implementation of regional policy. In the context of Uzbekistan, an adaptive approach is proposed based on strengthening institutional coordination among central and regional public authorities, the national statistical system, and digital platforms. The study further substantiates conceptual directions for integrating digital monitoring outcomes into regional governance and decision-making processes.
