Abstract
The study develops an integrated methodological framework for assessing agglomeration efficiency and its role in transforming regional economic potential into measurable economic outcomes across Uzbekistan. The proposed approach integrates economic concentration, productive capacity, infrastructure connectivity, labor-market integration, investment intensity, and resource-use efficiency into a multidimensional assessment framework. It enables the identification of spatial heterogeneity in agglomeration performance and evaluates differences between available economic potential and its effective utilization. The framework provides an empirical basis for regional classification, detection of agglomeration efficiency gaps, and formulation of evidence-based mechanisms for more efficient utilization of territorial economic potential.
