Abstract
This article examines the concepts of LegalTech and LawTech, their role in the digital transformation of legal systems, and their growing significance in modern legal practice. Special attention is given to the application of artificial intelligence, blockchain, big data, and online legal platforms in judicial and legal services. The paper also discusses the major opportunities, challenges, and future prospects associated with the adoption of LegalTech and LawTech, highlighting their potential to improve efficiency, transparency, accessibility, and quality within the legal sector.
