Abstract
This article examines a management model for regional sustainable development and its impact on economic growth. It proposes a model that integrates the economic, social, environmental, and institutional dimensions of sustainable development into a single management system. Regional economic growth is assessed using indicators such as gross regional product, per capita output, investment, employment, entrepreneurship, and innovation activity. The results show that strategic planning, digital monitoring, and results-based financing are important for ensuring sustainable economic growth in the regions. The proposed approach can be aligned with Uzbekistan’s “Uzbekistan — 2030” Strategy and the Sustainable Development Goals.
