Abstract
This article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the impact of labor market transformation on youth consciousness. Transformation is interpreted as a unity of objective changes in technology, forms of employment, occupations, and systems of competencies, and subjective changes in labor values, professional motivation, identity, and perceptions of the future. The study argues that artificial intelligence, automation, platform-based employment, and the accelerated renewal of skills impose qualitatively new requirements on the professional agency of young people. Particular attention is paid to the dialectical relationship between global competencies and national labor values in the context of Uzbekistan.
